In my role as Student Assistant in UX Design & Consulting for Novo Nordisk, I work as a User Researcher and UX Designer in different software projects that are developed for operators in the factories/ production lines. In this role I'm a part of the DD&IT department, whose corporate structure of this department is closely aligned with the general corporate structure and is divided into early research of new medication, clinical trials and development and product supply. My team, guided by the double diamond and a user-centric approach, works in an advisory capacity for software projects in the area of product supply. My tasks include planning and facilitating Design Thinking workshops and User Research, as well as UX and UI design for software solutions.
