The bachelorʼs degree program in Human-Computer Interaction has a strong interdisciplinary orientation. It combines theoretical foundations from computer science and psychology with application-oriented topics from the fields of software development and multimedia systems. Basic study contents are:

  • Fundamentals of human-computer interaction
  • Development of computer science systems
  • Mathematical & theoretical foundations of computer science
  • Basics of psychology (general psychology, industrial and organizational psychology, social psychology)
  • Interaction design and usability
  • Specialized internships, projects and a bachelor thesis
